10:00am - Check in & Bag Drop

            This is where you will get Mulligan Tickets, Raffle Tickets, Greenie Tickets

                                          Silent Auction items available for Bidding

                                          Live Auction Items available for Viewing 

10:30am-12:00pm - BBQ Lunch

12:00pm - Shotgun Start (scramble)

12:00pm-5:00pm - Everyone will be Golfing 

             On the Course there will be plenty of Snacks & Refreshments

5:00pm-6:00pm - Cocktail Hour, Appetizers & Hors d'oeuvres

               At this time - Bidding will begin for LIVE Auction Items

6:00pm-7:00pm - Raffle Winners & Silent Auction winners will be announced
